The Red Terror is a seemingly adaptable species existing in various types of habitat, usually in rivers. They are big fish that need both a lot of swimming area and a lot of cover the form of stable rocks and bits of wood. The Red Terror enjoys digging around so keeping plants around is not a good idea. The only plants that might survive are those rooted to wood or rocks and floating plants. They are very territorial and aggressive and will consider food any fish or fry large enough to fit in their mouths (at full size this means any fish under 6").
